Kanye and Miller have every RIGHT to say almost anything without the government interfering OR intervening between them and their audience.

They didn’t say he needed to shut up.

You think saying “Kanye needs to shut up now” is a violation of his freedom of speech? Because it isn’t. That’s not how freedom of speech works.

And you think “slavery was a choice” is not the most ultimate form of victim blaming? Of course slaves who escaped were incredibly brave and many died trying to do it. But

This might not be the hill you want to die on. Kanye wasn’t just “not following in this wave of blind identity politics.” He said slavery was a choice. It’s pretty clear the dude needs to be quiet, because everything out of his mouth is idiotic nonsense.

Good luck. I honestly feel like the casting of LotR was spot on, although the idea of Mira Sorvino as Galadriel is the sort of thing that bounces around your head like a sugared-up toddler.

Good. Do it. Men like that are disgusting and deserve nothing less. Even if the lawsuit “will go nowhere” or “is frivolous” or whatever. Don’t care at this point. At least ATTEMPT to get justice in some way.

I wonder how many acting careers that bloated pusbag ruined in order to satsify his piggly-dick ego.

The second one is great!

Miguel Ferrer could make anything work. I fear the world itself will grind to a halt now that he’s gone.

The boats from the movie and from Apocolypse Now passing each other and what happens there is money.

Third fave “Zucker” film after Airplane and Top Secret.

Walk Hard is a good movie from beginning to end.

Topper Harley throwing bullets at enemies to kill them way a good gag.

Or, wait, was that UHF?

I liked the second one too. They kind of go off the deep end a little too much with the Saddam stuff, but the rest of it is still fun.

Man, if there’s one joke that redeems Jane Austen’s Mafia! entire existence, it’s Christina Applegate’s amazed “I’m a MOTHER?!” at the end.

Two from Hot Shots Part Deux:

Ooh, dreadful (mostly) sequel time!

The new Ant-Man trailer looks ace, though I can’t quite figure out why a kid in a wheelchair would be rolling off the side of a cliff like that.

Did you miss the part in the review where he mentions that it’s sorely lacking in one of the MCU’s great strengths, ie three-dimensional characters interacting with each other and the stakes being personal as well plot-relevant? Of course you did.

So trivial as having personal emotional stakes other than “If you don’t, we’ll all die”? Trivial as “the action scenes are kind of numbing and blah with just too much CGI”? Your comment sounds like a Pitchfork review in that it shits on something without explaining why. I like how you’re shitting on a well-supported
