Murakami is the absolute worst.

" which received tepid reviews but a slightly warmer reception at the box office."

Pretty much, yeah, except it's *Westley, not Wesley.

We all know this show is imperfect but I really wish it was reviewed here by someone who at least liked watching it _sometimes_.
I'll keep reading these reviews as I enjoy the comments too but Handlen is one serious drag.

I'd have to stick with The Pledge for worst ending.
It's such a nihilistic fuck you. And a boring-ass movie, to boot.

I thought that was interesting. But not as much as realising that he's only 5' 9", would have assumed he was *at least* 6'.

Hey Jupiter was the highlight of the album… even if she was ripping-off Purple Rain.
Would have said this came out late '95, actually, so I'm not as depressed as I should be by this 20 year anniversary.

I still haven't forgiven him for spoiling a GoT episode a few hours after it aired earlier this year.

David Krumholtz for a Columbo reboot.

What jarringly awful read that review was. It ain't like it used to be 'round these parts.

I actually thought it was so no one could say Cersei did it. Was he the only one knew about the wildfire?

Might have been said already but this really reminded me of the showdown between Robb and Jaime; "If we do it your way, you'll win, we're not doing it your way".

Looking forward to an answer to the biggest GoT question of all; has the Blackfish finished pissing yet?

I clicked hoping for a mention of that. Shame.

I'm sure this has been posted already but anyway… my assumption as the movie drew to a close was that Rey is indeed Han & Leia's daughter, but that Han doesn't know he even has one.
I'm thinking Leia was pregnant when they broke up but never told Han and then hid Rey on Jakku to protect her from her already evil big

Bugged the hell out of me, that. Rare that we produce a genuinely well-made and entertaining movie; do your research and give us the credit, FFS.

"smart genre fare like the post-apocalyptic vampire film Stake Land"
WTF?
It was sincerely one of the dumbest and most derivative movies I have ever seen. It was _painful_ to sit through.

Adams blocked me on Twitter for saying (of last year's eponymous album) "Liking the new album but the cover pic is a bit dodge".
