@Theon: You get out what you put into it. I don't play WoW and I don't find MMOs fun in general so it certainly wouldn't be worth the price for me, but I can see why people don't mind paying. In addition to the quests and storyline stuff there's also the whole community/social aspect, which is huge.

@nglc: Right. It's not higher by a large amount, but the type of surgery is different; the eyelid surgery is much more common there than, say, in the US.
