@刀: I'm not saying that she deserves sympathy or pardon for her actions. She deserves to face the fullest consequences. Not once did I say her crime is any less horrible or excusable.

@Verz1: I agree, and that does sound very lenient and frustrating. That would then be the law/government's fault for not properly dealing with the issue. There is also the chance that she doesn't have remorse, for which she would have to be held in prison and given counseling. Again, the state's duty and not ours.…
@Bricked: Hmm, that's arguable, because as you mentioned, the drugs were probably impairing her judgment and driving ability. Still, the very fact that she did drive while under the influence of drugs does show a very irresponsible attitude.
@DrakeFZX3: Well said, and I agree. That would be a good reminder for her and the people around her.
@potatojenkins: Ha! S'long as they learn, I guess...good luck with that. ;)
@DigThatFunk: Oh yeah, she definitely deserves the consequences of her actions, but again, semantics is important because it makes a huge distinction. I agree with the rest of your points, that others should look at this case and drive more responsibly.
@Redheadkitten: So, basically he wants her to live hated, miserable and alone for the rest of her life.
Every time I read the comments from one of these articles, a little part of me dies inside.
@Shadowguitar: "Death is too easy"? Could you elaborate on that?
@DigThatFunk: Vehicular homicide is not the same as murder. Murder is committed with "malice aforethought", aka intention to kill. While this girl was incredibly irresponsible and made a fatal mistake, she was not aiming to actually kill the occupants of the other car. That, to me, is a huge difference.
@Heathen17: If you have the money to order one, you probably also have the money to charter a private jet to deliver it to you.
@aruki: Crazy! That actually sounds pretty good. ;) I'll have to try some if I ever visit. Cheers!
@simply_androoo: Then you are indeed a man.
@☆Giroro G66☆: Musical taste is mostly subjective my friend, but good point about the lawsuit.
@simply_androoo: But surely you must be sweaty!
@RomieYO: I'm all for Metallica, Megadeth and videogames, but don't you think you're doing the exact same thing he's doing by stereotyping him?
@GM_Pax: I thank God for C.S. Lewis. Good quote!
There is absolutely nothing wrong with being sweaty, thirty years old, wearing a Metallica t-shirt, or any combination of the above.
@MrBangBam: You're nuttier than a Tim Horton's maple log!
Just a week ago I would not have known who this man was, but I very recently purchased Company of Heroes thanks to its Steam sale and have been enjoying it very much.
