That’s not a hot take.
That’s not a hot take.
Sometimes true about the character, sometimes not.
Well, Morrison did, at least. Snyder picked out a couple of his favorite bits from Morrison’s run, then spun the Batmobile’s wheels in place until it sank into the mud.
Plenty of us saw it back then, when he decided what Green Lantern needed was a lot of entrails all over the place, when he assigned existing character after existing character a new tragic background and everyone gave him a pass because of his own.
No, building the interconnected “Flash family” legacy was all Mark Waid.
No, plenty of “us” noticed it.
Don’t. Ugh
Bethesda really scored big when they made the issue about that instead of their crappy game. Impossible for a normal human to do anything but laugh at whiny nerds who paid over one hundred dollars U.S. for a gym bag.
Grow a sense of humor.
I haven’t upgraded my PC in something like 4 years and it still runs every new game fine.
Yeah, it’s called a joke
Yeah, those guys had some crazy ideas, dude! They must have been puffing on that loco weed to come up with that! *sees an airplane fly overhead* Whoa, what’s that guy on?! He must be hitting some primo ganja to come up with that!
Yeah, fascism is big in the United States... kind of sad, really
No, it seems like you’ve mistaken a joke where the punchline is that Moe, a sleazy bartender, has that exact concoction waiting under the bar for a bland joke about “hyuk hyuk, art is cuh-RAZY and there’s no difference between any of if it confuses me!”
um
Shut up
oh
Except that’s not even an accurate description of the plot from “the games” when it comes to Doom. You just made up a pitch that sounded nice in your head and said, “This proves that video games have good stories and it’s those Hollywood snobs who are ruining my video game movies that I deserve.”
“Plot is largely overrated”? Do you ever go back and read what you write...?
True. Video game stories are just lower quality overall. The best video game stories, the ones that make critics and players drool all over the carpet about how good they are, are all about at the level of middling, imitative pop literature or the same middle-rung class of Hollywood genre movie.
