I loved the season finale. I loved this season. It wasn't as consistent as last season, which was spectacular, but the show righted itself very well during the last handful of episodes.
Yeah, Suburgatory, I'm going to need you to find a way to have Dalia Royce and Jenna Werner make out in every episode.

Southland (TNT, 10 p.m.): After last week’s stellar, series-best episode, is it too much to hope that the show can somehow keep the roll going, particularly as it looks increasingly likely that this is the end of the line for it? First, Men of a Certain Age died prematurely on TNT, and now it seems Southland, after hitting its peek, which I think it could have sustained for another season, will die as well.
They have signed on for "second-position pilots."
With all due respect to Homeland and Mad Men, Southland's cinematography is second to none.
