I'm surprised no one responded with the relevant XKCD comics.

I'd almost bet NASA.gov or Space.com will have what you need. And I didn't even Google.
And Leah Thompson.
Anyone know the approximate bandwidth between Earth and Mars (not the latency, but actually how long it takes to transmit a GB worth of images)?
That was even a big part of their earlier advertising......I remember the dude that jumps from the plane using it.

The e-mail is from 2010. Well after the (alleged?) copying happened. In those three or four years, the iPhone DID become the giant beast in the cell phone market and I'm sure every company out there had e-mails similar to this.
Yeah. Look how she's holding that tablet. There needs to be a gripping area of some sort so that you aren't covering the screen (causing a touch).
So, I guess if you have a peanut allergy you can't work for NASA.
Anyone wonder about the possibility of shearing if you put much weight on the ends or the middle? Hopefully there are some threaded rods or something to add strength lengthwise.
Yep. The 52 second marks shows that they don't come in contact.
You can get a better signal meter by using one of the tools mentioned in tip 8. I use inSSIDer (http://www.metageek.net/products/inssider/) which has a Mac and Windows version, but the two they listed are also good. You not only see the strength of your signal, but you see the strength of all of the other networks…

It's not quite as thick of a paper, but I eat my fries first, so there usually isn't enough time for it to soak through. (I eat the fries first because a "cold" burger tastes better than "cold" fries.....so I eat the fries while…
Seiko Data-2000. http://pocketcalculatorshow.com/nerdwatch/fun2.html
Yep. The calculator watch and the pac-man watch were my two favorites as a kid. But I always wanted that one that had the keyboard "dock" for entering data......
I would.....if my phone supported Flash that most of the sites seem to required. But I do browse sites.
I just wish the "Recent Posts" vs "Top Posts" drop down would be sticky......it keeps going back to "top posts" after a while instead of staying at "recent posts" like I prefer.
Which is my point. If biometrics can be defeated with spit and a photocopy, it's not any different than a typical lock pick kit or a bump key. Keyed locks are cheaper to implement than a biometric scanner and just as secure (keeps the honest people out), so there isn't much incentive to switch.
