about:blank is still my favorite. Can't beat it for speed. Everything else is either a bookmark (rare) or something that comes up in my history.

I love the transformation from shiny to matte with my screen protector. The added benefit of not showing as many fingerprints on the touch screen is welcomed as well. I've had the ZAG before, but find it much easier to deal with the added bulk of a case (which can also be tailored towards preferences in…
Where was SOPA when da Vinci needed it???
The Bloodhound Gang FTW.

Why don't they just play The Movies ([en.wikipedia.org]) and steal the scripts from there.......sounds about the same. :)
It worked for me from the blog.gizmodo.com link.....it was a smaller image. But yeah, without my glasses, the bigger one shows the dude as well.
Proving that it could be done in fewer than 20 doesn't change that it can be done in under 20. So it *IS* an absolute. What wasn't proven but now has been proven is that there is a new lower limit. The above article talks about a speed limit.....that's an upper bound. In a few years, we may refine that upper bound…
I have an older version of this one (mine is orange instead of grey and mine has a mini-USB port to flash the ROM with new codes). [www.amazon.com] The model number of mine is similar (xx309).
I'm pretty sure I know the point of the article. I know it's a throw-away vote. I also know that when you have online/conference calls with a bunch of people that could just as easily have met in person it's much less effective than the in-person meeting.
I mostly follow IRL/Internet celebs on Twitter because they are interesting.....but I had to unfollow Kevin Smith because he tweets SOOOOOO much. I don't use Twitter for anything related to me........in fact, I rarely actually log in to Twitter.
VOTE: Actually meet in person!
Another reason to give two-weeks notice is that sometimes they ask you to go ahead and leave but they still pay you for the two weeks of your notice......if you quit "now" that option usually isn't there.
What, no map? It would have helped the article. Show the map, highlight Stonehenge and the quarry and call out some of the more treacherous parts of the journey (by land or sea).
The problem is that too many mechanics have a reputation of being swindlers. The general public doesn't have enough trust in the mechanic for scenario 1 to play out. Of course, doctors will tell you that too much information in the hands of their patients has lead to scenario 2 way too often.
I bought a reader from Amazon that runs about $40 and is upgradable with new codes with a USB connector. Also, AutoZone will read codes for free.
That's the board I throw at, too. I assumed the treble ring was just a British name for the Triple ring.
A similar technique was used for a building here in Austin. The building wasn't 12 stories, but the approach was the same — demolish the building starting at the top level. Clear debris. Repeat.
Original Coke (and not Coke Classic).
The money paid back when you pay off a 401k loan goes into your own 401k account, not the managing companies. So, if your debt costs you 11%, the loan repayment is at 5%, and your rate of return in the 401K is 8%, your net % is actually 0% (11% debt savings - 5% cost - 8% lost increase).
