This does not prove anything. Sure you can show me fancy equipment, touche' for that, but sometimes while testing complex systems, we tend to miss some of the basic test cases. For example, holding the phone in any way should not cause considerable signal loss.

I have noticed that the mobile app is more accurate than the website. The texts that you get regarding balances etc on a weekly basis are waaaay off and give you a false sense of financial security.
