As nice as black cars look (when they’re washed, waxed, and hand dried), I learned my lesson when I bought a black accord with black leather interior. I’ll never buy another black vehicle again! Going from a white Accord with gray interior to the black on black, I couldn’t believe how much difference the temperature

I got a 2018 JD Power Initial Quality Award this morning for making my bed and dressing myself.

Initial quality, because all I care about in the car is the first 100 days.

people that don’t like white cars don’t understand the joy of a white car in a hot climate. I have a white car with tint and its amazing the difference in how fast it can cool down in absurdly hot conditions.

How important was the color of you drier when buying it? Remember, most people are buying an appliance when they buy a car.

Because I exceed the speed limit on my commute, I want to be able to slip in and hide with the other grey Accords like I am a good citizen.

He thinks Canada puts tariffs on sneakers, so the answer is probably no.

Serious question, does Trump have any idea how many “foreign” cars are actually built in the US?

I’ve heard of volvo, but consumer reports tested both and said teslas are safer. Quickest to 60 isn’t really debatable at sub 2.3 sec.. Automotive enthusiasts like me care if a sedan is quicker to 60 than not just “a Ferrari,” but Every Ferrari that retails for under a million new- it’s an accomplishment. You’re not

I’m always surprised at how much shit talking happens on jalopnik about the company that makes the quickest, safest, most efficient car on the planet. When was the last time someone built a four door sedan 100% in the U.S. that’s quicker than every Ferrari ever built except 2? So they used an industrial tent for final

The point of the article was on how neatly and stealthy it was constructed and literally, he can jump in and drive the car himself without having to remove anything as well.

It’s not hard to do. It is hard to do neatly and tidily. The mythbusters rigs were pretty crude, as they didn’t have to let someone drive normally, and only had to last until they destroyed the vehicle.

Looks more like they had NO idea how the car wash operated. They completely ignored the bright, illuminated, flashing “STOP” sign right by their door. It’s like they thought they had to drive through it slowly as the brush did its thing.

They just aren’t very smart... as demonstrated by the fact that they, presumably,

Those systems should be able (and proceed) to safely autonomously stop in case the driver doesn’t comply.

Bobcat company actually makes skid steer loaders this big.... But it isn’t a Bobcat.

It’s a Cat skid steer, not a Bobcat, dammit....

Front-loader, not a Bobcat (brand-name). They’re much smaller and wouldn’t be able to lift anything nearly that heavy.

This. Nothing pisses me off more than someone who does something for a fucking living getting told how to do their job by some jackass, like if you know so much, get up here and put the rock in your truck yourself asshole.

For all the bullshit spewing from their mouths, that was an absolutely artful boulder drop onto a tiny target. Kudos to the bobcat operator.

Also, how was he planning to get that out of the bed? Hand truck?
