The shape reminds me of something.
The shape reminds me of something.
Millennial here who could pretty easily drop $40k on a weekend toy, just chiming in to say it’s less a money thing and more a “I have taste” thing. Harley has no cultural relevance for anyone under the age of 60, and as their bikes are neither fast nor particularly good looking, there’s zero reason to buy one unless…
I’m a millennial (28) I’m by far the prime candidate for a young harley davidson owner.
I am a millennial with probably a top quartile income and even I can’t justify the cost for a new motorcycle. Most brand’s desireable bikes are between $12k and $18k - a $40k harley is an outlier.
1st Gear: I think it has little to do with Millennials not wanting what their parents have and more having to do with the fact that there aren’t a whole lot of Millennials that have $40K burning a hole in their pocket for a weekend toy.
It’s almost as if Mitsubishi and Nissan are purposefully trying to ruin their brands.
The codes tell you what part failed. They don’t tell you why it failed. It’s why you need a technician. Suuure, keep replacing that O2 sensor over and over because “that’s the code”, but really your cat has been failing the whole and now has the potential to wipe out your whole engine.
If the United States does it, then it is right because it is done only for the noblest purposes. /s
Because nobody buys them except you. profit margins are so much slimmer on top of that too.
Yeah! I mean, the Fiesta was a smashing success here, why don’t they bring the Ka over, too!
No, generally, people prefer to have space and not be cramped. Most places, you’re penalized for using more space, whether through taxes, roads made for horses, or higher purchase cost. In America, those are minimized, so there’s not a huge tradeoff if you want more space or capability, so more people will make those…
The rest of the world wishes they can drive the “bloated” cars American drive. Have you seen what European expats do when they transfer to America?
Go ahead, keep up the meme that Americans buy SUV’s because carmakers FORCE us to. There is no basis in fact for that.
Nah not really.
You must not have Kroger’s where you live. That’s a Kroger Gas station. All of them have that. Don’t worry, Kroger is coming. They will be building in your neighborhood before you know it. They are the Walmart of the Teens.
Wow that thing looks like hot garbage. I’m sorry, but that thing is a monstrosity.
Why do they even bother with the camouflage? Everyone already knows it’s going to look just like every other Jeep since 1942, just with the back lopped off.
My god the profile of that thing is so ugly. Holy crap.
Seriously. With ethanol, you’re best served with either all or none. Engines set up to run it (I.E. the high boost variety) do significantly better with it, particularly in regards to Charge temps under heavy boost and timing at mid-load.
