Bashing Donald Trump is just basic human decency, like helping old ladies cross the street or letting someone know they have spinach in their teeth.

Sooth. A better question would be; “Where can I possibly buy a NON-Chinese laptop?”.

Xin Jinping has literally said this every year since 2016.

Xi just gave trump an off-ramp here. Now trump can back off the tariffs and claim that his tough talk made China change its policy towards the auto industry.

The company has done a bang-up job convincing the populace that their ultrasuede is a premium material.

Kind of like how there is only one major company making Pepsi.

Yeah, but then you can’t say you have Alcantara. I mean, isn’t that the whole point?

It’s a brand name for microfiber fabric (aka micro-suede).

Usually leather is just another byproduct, aside from parts like the CNS that they aren’t supposed to process in some areas there is very little waste usually. Some of the super fancy European hides like for Rolls Royce are raised for leather so they are slaughtered for that(assuming rest still gets used but leather

Agreed. I think Lincoln’s actually been killing it lately. If I were in the market for a luxury car, I’d consider them.

Because the Venn diagram of people that voted for Trump and people that would buy a Harley, now or within the last decade, are a perfect circle.

You’re not wrong, but his actions aren’t helping. An actual president would realize that tweeting about it is counterproductive, and would get to work and actually try to make changes, rather than thrashing around like an infant.

Isn’t the Lincoln brand supposed to be for premium versions of Fords with more money to spend on an all-around nicer car?

Or *cough* the C-Max, which is literally a taller, roomier Focus.

Right, because entry-level commuter cars need to look like Ferraris to be entry-level commuter cars.

Yo, bro, it’s a compact car. If you need more room they also make a Fusion, Taurus, Edge, Explorer, Expedition, F150, F250, F350...; Transit, Transit Connect, and Flex that all offer more rear leg room. Small cars should be small.

Good luck with a “high end” focus...

YEEEAAAAHHHHH!

Sounds like, what you’re saying is they’re starting to lose Focus.

Jim Farley, Ford’s head of global markets, is targeting a higher margin sales in hopes of achieving more profitability. Basically—it’s not going to be a car for the Regular Joe, but Ford is hoping that its improvements will encourage people with money to spend it.
