“A lot of investors think cheap oil is bad news for Tesla, but it’s not that simple,” Whiston said today in a telephone interview. “People who are buying Tesla today don’t really care if gas is cheap or expensive. They want it because it’s a status symbol or for the performance or they are very eco-conscious and just

Why? I'm really just curious. I get all my news online from respected outlets, like Jalopnik... but really though I even read stories from the big paper brands sometimes but always online.

I think it looks better than average but even if we say it looks average that's the point. People like it because it doesn't try to look like an electric vehicle.

You shut your whore mouth

I listed my Ferrari for sale in early October on AutoTrader.com, which has continually proven to be the best place for selling my cars quickly and easily. Since then, I've fielded more than 20 calls and 30 e-mails — from scammers, car dealers, joking readers, interested parties, total assholes, and complete idiots.

We had one of these in maroon. I remember my dad had me pull it out of our sloped driveway when I was about 12 with no other instruction. I figured it need a good bit of gas to make it up the driveway being my first time driving. I ramped that SOB across the street into the neighbors driveway but managed to stop

Can anyone?

It's an interesting time at Ford right now with regard to their trucks. They hyped their aluminum body as a huge boon for fuel economy, but their numbers weren't earth-shattering, just good.

A long downward trend in gasoline prices could make consumers less likely to buy the fuel-efficient vehicles key to reducing climate change, Ford global product development chief Raj Nair said in a wide-ranging discussion Tuesday.

This DSM is legit though.

Inside, it's Chinese luxury with relatively soft plastics and leather seats, plus a massive infotainment touchscreen. Lucky buyers can get all that for $22K, while the original starts at $63K on the Chinese market.

Why no "flowcrest" like the flowtie?

1) I disagree that the tesla has "cheap looking plastic everywhere" and if you believe that you've never driven one.

Stop trying to make it stand out as an electric/hybrid. Tesla doesn't try to do that in their design language and they actually can sell $100k cars. Chevy can barely give away the Volt.

Based on that graph above JetBlue already had more legroom so now do they still have more or just have the same as other airlines? I can't fly jetblue so I have no idea but the leg room on Southwest is fine for me

Depends on where you fly out of. For example Pittsburgh used to have tons of direct flights until we lost the US Airways hub. Now all my flights have shitty layovers.

Not really the M3 it's kind of just the brand perception of BMW drivers. Just so happens many of them drive like pompus dicks who are more important than me. Since Audi has had such great success lately they are starting to be equally douchebaggy.

I've been flying southwest lately so if cramming more seats = same leg room as southwest then this is a non-story.

Ford, Hyundai, Audi? Same grill shape.
