The original goal was to limit production to 2,000 a year, but as of now they've only sold 426 in the United States and dealers are sitting on 565 unsold models.

The Chevy Spark with the 1.2l is probably not the fastest car, although I'm sure some manufacturer is offering a truck or van with an underpowered 4-cyl that may be slower, if we're excluding electric/hybrid cars.
