Thanks, I was at a bad point in my life. I was drinking heavily, doing insane amounts of drugs. And was in an on-again off-again abusive relationship myself. My heart ached for her but I also saw my future in Joanne. It didn’t change me overnight, but it did start me thinking about how screwed up my own life was.

Have you tried what I refer to as “diaphramatic breathing”. It really works for stress and even anxiety. I’ve seen someone have an anxiety attack, and within 30 seconds they felt fine.

When we were looking for pup to enjoy being outside with us in the winters, we looked into getting a Husky, but didn’t have the space. Tried to find an Alaskan Klee Kai (mini Husky?), no luck. Found this guy, runt of his litter, last to be adopted, sheds like crazy!
