I knuckled down on my journaling this week; having taken some inspiration from a podcast, I employed a few tips from blogging/journaling websites. The hardest part now, I’m finding, is finding somewhere I can write uninterrupted.

U.K.reader here, but I find it particularly grating that in the same week as this story breaking, where parents are paying for their offspring to coast through University you have Kelly Catlin's suicide (contributed towards by many factors, I'm sure).

My counsellor has been encouraging me to take up a hobby, but I’m at a complete loss as to what. I mentioned I enjoyed bouldering at a local climbing place but she was keen for me to try something less physical. If anyone out there on SNS has any suggestions, throw ‘em out there :-)
