the lawsuit alleges that the article is written by the same person, and you can see some of the original news coverage took passages directly from the article. I assume the lawyers did more research into this than either of us.

The (several, very long) comments on the article were allegedly by the same anonymous author as the author of the article, and both of them were about him.

Surely I'm not the only one to notice that working from "remote places including home", and working from home are not synonymous?
I agree that he is a terrible person. But apparently he learnt to fight when he got picked on as a kid because of his voice. So it's kind of the other way around.
