Do folks really take what is likely a $70-80K truck off-road, in peril of scratches, punctures, roll-overs, etc.? Why would one spend that kind of scratch on a new car, then take it off-road and in one (bad) day, lose 30% of value to a few dents, scratches, and tree limbs in the radiator? Or is this normal behavior

Buc’cees has always seemed far more hassle than it’s worth. Sooo busy that it does not make for a quick in/out. It does excel at getting one’s body fed and bottoms emptied, so there’s that. And that’s where the profit is, so mission accomplished.

And should a policeman find drugs/pills/something else illegal whilst entering the car to prep it for towing (or getting the data), can this cop now write you a ticket or have you arrested?

There’s professional go-karters out there?  This is a profession?

Wife: “Honey, why is our Range Rover in the news?”

I strongly suspect he’ll regret this stance. Patient groups (cancer, transplants, etc) are large, very vocal, and often have a lot of time on their hands. I foresee picketing, upside down reviews, crank calls, threats (not good, but inevitable), and on and on.

Cy-burnt Truck

Does this tunnel transportation involve resort fees?  If not yet, when?

Listed for auction? Do people really pay actual money for something so completely and thoroughly trashed? If so, why?

According to airport officials, they have been able to continue operations despite the incident.

Mythbusters called, wants to know what took them so long to golf-ball an airplane and wants a cut of any profits realized from this.

Just secretly switch out the python with a brown snake (or inland taipan) and these folks wont be doing any more sideshows or laser shenanigans.

I’m genuinely confused how this scam works. So Person A buys a car with financing, which I assume is approved if “the paperwork was completed”. So at this point, the car is hers, right? She’s got no more owed to the dealership, but only to her lender, right? So how does the dealership suddenly sink the original deal?

Allegedly....LOL.  That’s underwear, and he’s def stripped to this level.

N = 3? Passes scientific rigor. Now just put those values into metric units, anonymize the test subjects, and then publish in The Journal of Breakable Douchy Car Things.

Boeing and NASA chose not to scrap the mission even though helium leaks were discovered ahead of the launch.
