we have a few of those shifts here, i find my coworkers on that shift produce even less work than i do even though they have 10 hr shifts and mine are 8.
it seems humans can only really work about 4-5 hrs a day then they fill time... so why fool anyone, jus pay us fairly and give us the time off.

the perk would be getting every friday off and still being paid for 80 hr work week. it only makes sense since machines do more work for us and companies make a disparaging percentage of profits.
