I suspect many others will relate to this, I certainly do. I've never hiked 3,000 miles, but I have climbed mountains and been away from mirrors for weeks (not months). I've also run marathons while living my day to day life and seen how the physical changes, however small, affect how others perceive me. It's a

I wore gorgeous and horribly expensive Jimmy Choo sparkly silver wedges. I firmly believe Jimmy Choo creates these shoes solely to entice brides. Don't care. The silver mirrored wedge is awesome, they were so comfortable I wore them all night through the after party without any discomfort and I've worn them to

I suspected this was hiding under there all along. I bet she just signed a new contract and it's really hard to fire her.

I thing the four ladies picked are hilarious. I also loved Ghostbusters. But, I admit, I don't understand (other than the standard "Hollywood has run out of ideas") why these four ladies couldn't make a NEW movie that becomes iconic instead of a re-do, which will inevitably not be as good because in our collective

I went to a very high end bridal atelier in NYC (where I live) specifically to try a Carolina Herrera dress I had my eye on. It was a fairly simple dress and I had a sense of the price point (low for CH, a tad above what I really wanted to spend, but doable for me). Knowing the price range of dresses available in

I will never cease to be stunned that multiple people whose job it is to publish a magazine with skills in art direction and photo editing can produce crap like this time after time. And, we know it's not limited to tabloids, but I just feel if I was this bad at my job, I'd be fired. Quickly.

I'm an attorney. I work in-house. Those aren't law firm hours.

Every 3 to 3.5 weeks I work 240 hours. Makes perfect sense it would take LiLo nearly 3 years to do 120.

Thanks - you too!!

I saw this shared, and being a pregnant person, read it, and hated it. It's exactly the thing I don't want. My life (and my husband's life) is absolutely going to change. It's going to be different and amazing and exhausting and fun and hard. Sure. But, I am NOT becoming a new person. I am NOT leaving behind

Does that include medical costs once the child is, well, a child (then teen and adult)? I assume not, that's just birth. The cost - pure medical cost - of birth. I just don't understand what's so small government about forced population growth.

This is undoubtedly the first time M.O. has worn something that I can unequivocally say I hate on her. It's just not awesome. The marled fabric looks bad on TV. The collar somehow reminds me of the flying nun. The two shiny oversized zipper pulls are just too much and too busy with the other details (plus the

Totally agree that I think it makes all marriages de facto legal - but I'm not as optimistic that states will come around to change their laws. Maybe they will though, that's what happened with Loving v. Virginia and how divorce became available in all states.

I immediately envision an outcome that has essentially good consequences but makes no one happy. It's totally possible they will determine that the equal protection clause does not apply, because marriage is a state issue, but that states may not discriminate against marriages that are legally valid in other states.

Who is the target market Calvin Klein is trying to reach with Bieber? Do they think this resonates with teen/20-something guys, that they will want to emulate this? Or is this just a name recognition campaign for CK to get more teen/20-something women to discover the brand?

Not sexy for two reasons (these are personal to me, many will disagree):

Her argument makes sense if you read extrapolate the whole thing "College Women Get Raped Because They Go to College; All Other Women Get Raped Because They Lack Higher Education."

The only children who attended my wedding were those so new to the world that they could not be separated from their parents for the time of the wedding. This included 2 nieces of mine who were both less than 8 weeks old and one other baby. We coordinated to find babysitting services at the hotel for out of town

Don't get me wrong, I love the new JCrew. But, maybe it's the ever increasing (seemingly doubling) price points that are the revenue problem? That with a significant cutback in basic basics (or they sell out too fast) and you're losing core customers. Interesting and stylish is good and fun, but basics bring you
