Bro, with this meth injection and the anti-lag, I can get almost 800LPH (likes per hour) out of this car. No joke. I’ve got a video on youtube of the car on a dyno making 1500HPD (hits per day). I’ve never witnessed anything that could do 0-60k retweets faster than this car.

I’ve always wondered this myself. I think your explanation of the added cost of an extra cylinder head and all the necessary extra components vs an inline 4 is the most logical explanation for it.

How many times do I have to say it? BMW turn signals work fine and get used all the time, they just flash in colors that the peasants can’t perceive.

I had a 1994 Subaru Impreza (FWD!) that required the brights to be flashed in order to start. So clutch in, turn key to start, and flash brights to engage starter motor. If you didn’t know the trick (like the dealer I bought it from), you aren’t going anywhere.

My dad’s Passat has a CEL that comes on after coming from Cleveland, Ohio all the time. The next day it clears itself. Have no idea why

I don’t know if it’s a quirk per se...

One of these cars is made in America, using American motors, American parts, and American materials!

When the Demon Hellcat comes out will Tesla just release a software update called Demon Killer to troll the Mopar boys?

Also, it’s possible that people don’t understand that Tesla doesn’t use hub motors.

They should put as much effort making sure backup lights can be noticed, too.

I blame that on dash lights- some cars the dash lights illuminate with the DRL -others not I use the dash lights to tell me if the outside lights are on-

Automatic headlamps mandatory.

Now if there was only some sort of government standard to get morons to turn OFF the DRLs and turn ON the head and tail lights when its dark, rainy, foggy or snowing out......

Front end was contained and yet the back still went for the nearest grouping of bystanders

Nope keep the name and add an 8 =XLR8 LOL

“I hate political opinions!

How government policies affect the automotive industry is absolutely proper content for this site. Always has been.

2576 lb/ft of torque at 35 rpm. I’m calling it right now, the Demon is diesel/electric.

I loved it. The opening almost had me in tears. The part where they had the French driver talking about the three hyper cars with Jeremy’s “captions” killed me. The part about the RAF vs the US Air Force was cheesy, yet so perfect. I just loved it all.

I think the biggest change from TG was the length of the show. They aren’t constrained to a sub 1hr run time anymore, so they can afford to pace the show and throw in some more questionably funny jokes.
