You know that it still isn't okay to gauge a woman's worth by whether or not you'd have sex with her, right?
As someone who ends up using public bathrooms more than I would like (thanks, easily-triggered food sensitivities that give me poops!), I find your statement terrifying.
Reminds me of this extremely sad story I read a long time ago, about a fisherman's wife way up north. Her husband did not come back one day, so she's raising this baby alone. Then in a winter storm, the other men in the house (it's almost like barracks) got drunk and gang-raped her. The baby started crying and…
It's all in the details I think. With the Utah woman, other stories where 'mental illness' is the first response, there's other irrational behavior, sometimes delusions or hearing voices, "God told me to". Man kills kid for making noise during recreational activity, I think most people can understand the frustration…
Yeah, it just seems to put an awful lot of trust in the word of a guy who just caused the death of a baby in those circumstances. You'd think "voluntary manslaughter" would be for accidental killings where an unlucky bar fight punch kills someone, rather than this. I assumed that if another adult choked me out to…
I happily call myself a gamer (despite that most people look down on you for it, but oh well, I'm not interested in judgmental people like that anyway.) and I've been into games for 24 years, between my ex and my current partner (both of whom are also gamers^^) I'm the parent of 5 kids.
There's no negligence here. None. This was purely intentional, no matter what this piece of shit says.
"primary caregiver" =/= "sole custody." It just means that the asshole didn't have a job, but maybe the mother did, so he mostly was the one who "cared" for the child.
Maybe the two babies don't have the same mother...?
Maybe they can argue that he had not planned to kill the child, merely silence him. That is all I can think of.
I actually had that in there when I first started writing this, but it was pure conjecture on my part. I do agree that the 3-4 minutes suggested to me that it may have happened before.
I'm also delighted (sarcasm) by the way he says "I'm amazed you got offended by that."
Please, push the blame of the outcome of your stupid, sexist comment on a woman who is merely challenging that sexism. She got offended! Bitches be crazy/hysterical/over sensitive, amiright Andrew Garfield?
Prolifers care only about the fetus. After they are born they could care less. If they cared they would not be electing folks who want to cut off food stamps to the poor including children and want to deny health care to them. I do agree with you though.
He's a rapist, so this joke is probably not appropriate in this instance.
She's a boss. The cracked columns were so good.
A bunch of people were asking her about it on Twitter. She addressed it by saying that she had no interest. She doesn't have any real interest in acting, either, which is why she doesn't "get offers."
How is Gwen Stefani replacing Christina on The Voice? Wouldn't she be replacing Shakira since Christina isn't on the show anymore? Confused...
I know my old roommates were amazed that I could sew. My mom taught it to me because why throw out a backpack with a torn strap when you can sew that shit right up?
It seems that sewing being feminine only is quite recent and has more to do with the availability of ready-made clothes whereas before, clothing making would not have been considered inherently masculine. I don't even think it is today as while the term seamstress may imply female the word tailor doesn't inherently.
