Doesn't look like anything to me.

I unironically believe this! Alien 3 actually has good performances and decent dialogue compared to the movies that followed. The assembly cut adds a lot of good material. Just don't think too hard about where the facehuggers came from and forget that it shits all over the ending of Aliens.

I can't help thinking of Ecco the Dolphin as fitting this category pretty well. Not even bad game play, just insanely, unfairly difficult.

So this is the first time I bothered to look up the lyrics to this song, and man, they are messed up. Funny that the embedded video garbles all the controversial stuff. No wonder everyone thought this was a mellow song, when in reality it is about a guy threatening to shoot dead a guy who stoles his girl and then hit

At least the guys behind Stranger Things really have a love for the works that inspired it and that is evident in the final product. Reading that interview on here with the guys behind this show made me think that they don't really seem to care about anything except that the show is getting good reviews.

@Seraph_X3:disqus Pronouncing AT-ATs phonetically has been accepted since the 80s Kenner commercials did it. Also, your argument falls apart when you consider how TIE fighters are pronounced.

Yeah, definitely weirdness. My first memory of encountering mimics in games was the mailbox monster from Toejam & Earl. It was as bizarre as it was frightening. One of the most panic-inducing earthlings in that game.

Why not pay him a reasonable amount for his share and then give the lot to your son?

Right - wasn't Peppy's "Your father would be proud" line a quote he would say regularly in the 64 version? Seems weird to devote a paragraph to complaining about it as if were a new thing. Also, are we expecting video games to have mature compelling narratives now?

"then don't watch them and move on with your life" You could literally be saying this to the Cinemasins people.

I really don't agree with the "Zack missed the whole point of Watchmen by glorifying this or that" consensus everyone here seems to have reached. I thought Watchmen was probably as good an
adaptation of the graphic novel as you could hope for. The biggest mistake was having Ozymandias be an obvious villain (well,

So essentially, what the New Yorker critic is saying is, "Come on, Charlie Kaufman, some of us have work in the morning"?

SPOILER Kylo Ren gets his midichlorian count test results and finds out he has space gonorrhea.

So, which of the accused parties hired the A.V. Club to rewrite this Variety article?

When did the AV Club turn into a gossip rag? That was a really great Harmontown episode, with all the brutally honest and emotional dad stories and Spencer's father being generally hilarious on stage, so it's sad to see it reduced to "hey did you hear Dan Harmon is talking crap about season 4 and used 'rape'

The Venture Bros.: The Monarch and Dr. Mrs. The Monarch were revealed to be swingers in the last season ender.

Seriously, though. If everyone forgot everyone else's secrets and the flashback is told through the retelling of everyone in the study room, why are we shown Pierce's secret? Did everyone simultaneously remember what he revealed?

How did Pierce recall his secret if he wasn't in the room?

"I demand you release me from this dough blanket! I am a man, not a pig! You may think this comical, but I fear for my life."
