Best part of the time this little douche was on Survivor was that the entire cast took all of one hour to realize what a cunt he is.

Iron Man was Marvel saying “We’re doing this.” Thor was Marvel saying, “seriously, we’re really doing this.” First Avenger was Marvel saying “this is WHY we’re doing this.”

That’s some damn good Tomsula.

That’s an absolutely note fucking perfect description of College Football, top to bottom.

This might change as the characters evolve and cross over into each other, but it’s cool that I can tell which Howard JK is playing at any given moment, by the expressions on his face. He gives each Howard a separate physical existence. Masterful acting.

I read almost all the Marvel series in the 80s. Cap was one of my least favorite. As has been said, he was kind of anodyne, straight square jawed. There wasn’t as much fear of totalitarian regimes back in the 80s. Everyone knew the USSR was bad.

LET’S DO THIS

The genius in what SBC does is that he understands how much of people’s lives is believing their own bullshit.

“Current form.” So, they’re actually just going to become the KKK?

Speaking as a non-American citizen:

See, this is the good part.

I always thought the best thing about Jackman is that he understood Wolverine. I started reading X-Men in about 1981, and Clint Eastwood was the #1 movie star, and it was really obvious to me at the time that Logan was supposed to be that Eastwood type character. And I know that at the time of X-Men, Jackman was the

Sam looks like the Black Joker. Which, now that I think about it, is probably the point.

Mr. Furious.  Literally a one-note joke, and I too still find it funny as hell.

I agree with him 100%.  I’ve been saying for years now that my generation has been a failure to the planet.  Basically, we saw what the Boomers lucked into, knew we’d never have as much long term control as they did, so we doubled down on stealing as much as we could while there was time.

DRIVING is not the practice of keeping your hands and feet engaged with the car. It is keeping your BRAIN engaged. So how do you keep your brain engaged when you are, in fact NOT DRIVING?

I feel the same. Early in the first season I began to pay strict attention to every single word Ford says, and the way Hopkins delivers them. I feel like Nolan’s intent is to tell us exactly what he’s up to, without giving us any context to understand it yet. And I firmly believe that Ford has absolute control of

Isn’t it a core theme of Infinity War that MANY of the characters have to choose to sacrifice someone for the greater good? And when they refuse to sacrifice, Thanos benefits? Not just Quill, Wanda’s in that position too, even Cap, Thor and Tony. Whereas Thanos has the audacity to sacrifice Gamora for the Soul Stone.

I saw “Star Wars” the first showing in my home town in 1977.
