No.
No.
I understand that, and as a tech geek, I reclaimed the OS fairly quickly.
Just think about all of the side effects and unintended consequences current drugs have... and you think we're ready to play with genes on a large scale?
Dude. For real. The Win8 UI was half baked for desktop users. It was not great. It was not intuitive. I say this as a windows guy who bought both 7 and 8, and is still using 8. It's much better after the .1 update, but sucked upon initial release.
This is the only reason I want user replaceable batteries. I could easily use my Nexus 5 for another couple of years, but the battery will barely hold a charge by the end of 2015. Damn planned obsolescence.
So funny. I JUST returned a pair of those. They're light, super water resistant, wide toe box, good lace locks, but man, the midfoot was tight as hell!
IDK about Civ3, but it'll make one hell of an SNES\GENESIS emulator!
"In my book, anything that makes it easier to kill people, especially at a distance, is something deserving of scrutiny."
Seriously, everyone. Just this.
There will 100% be a day when that's possible, assuming you're not changing your definition of "graphics intensive" all the time... and even then. Considering the kind of games you can play on your cellphone, I think you could claim to be able to do that already.
Especially as people adopt 4K displays, and after we see next year's version (more RAM, better processor, 2 USB type-C ports, etc...).
I always expected the cellphone to become this first (portable personal computing hub), but this is a nice first step.
If you can't think of a use for a pocketable, desktop OS computer that can plug into any HDMI compatible display, then this is obviously not for you.
But there's definitely a ready market out there.
They won't as long as they want to keep selling iPads.
It's not an article (for better, or worse). They're just aggregating links, and collecting clicks most of the time.
That has to do with advertising, not "honest" pricing mistakes.

The tone of the trailer was way off. Comedic lines, and all self serious editing and music.
So what kind of security protocols are we taking about as every connection becomes wireless?
M100s are over-ear.
Anyone who's used Sony's recent action cam offerings knows that they have the goods, but Sony missed a prime moment to undercut GoPro and cement a much larger user base for their ecosystem.
You're not missing anything.
Cable still makes the most sense (for now) if you have a large household with a lot of varied TV interests.
"an honest-to-god 3x optical zoom lens—the first optical zoom ever seen on a cameraphone."
It's worth beating this dead horse. Did you just lift that "fact" right out of their press sheet???
