I don't know if it is advice on chilling, but something that has helped me and my anxiety has been allowing myself to check on things that give me anxiety, but only once and only to the extent that I can do something about it at that moment. For example, if I am trying to sleep and freak out that I didn't lock the

Martha and Snoop have been friends for a while. He was on her show a couple of times cooking mashed potatoes and brownies I think.

Dean Cain is already in at least one movie about a dog saving Christmas. And there's a sequel (I don't know if that includes Dean Cain).

I forgot he was on that. I said, "Antonio Sabato Jr? From that Janet Jackson video?"

The car adapter! I forgot about that. I would plug mine in and hand the discman to the passenger. Your new job is to guard against skippage. Good luck.

That's the one good thing about being five feet tall. I have excellent posture in a last ditch effort to make myself taller. God knows I'm not wearing heels to do it.

I saw Dolly Parton. She was a glittery delight. If you have the chance to see her perform, take it.

I listen to podcasts in the shower and I almost fell down listening to it, I was laughing so hard. It was a relisten too, it had just been a while. So Ira Glass is responsible for my purchase of shower adhesives.

Abominations.

"Llama face" and "I'll SMASH IT WITH A HAMMER!" are two of my fave disney quotes. And doing squirrel language. Squeak sqeaken, squeak.

I enjoyed Tangled and Frozen, but Lilo & Stitch and Emperor's New Groove are two of my very favorites (along with Robin Hood and Hercules).

I was 15 when I went on it and I wept. It breathed on me and was genuinely terrifying. My mom had to peel me out of the seat. I guess that's probably the sign of a good ride, but I think we had just come from the Carousel of Progress and I was not prepared for it.
