Just had a very long argument about this with someone on twitter. Basically if you aren’t getting enough now you shouldn’t vote at all. I objected because I’m trans and will end up in a mass grave. Apparently I don’t understand how bad things are for people who don’t want to vote. 🤷‍♀️

Morality clauses have been used against LGBT+ teachers a *lot*.

Teachers shouldn’t be on the clock after they leave school. They don’t get paid enough to date, drink, and fuck two counties over.

Just because the union exists, unlike in right to work states, doesn’t mean it is unbelievablely powerful because they use rubber rooms. BC Canada has strong teachers unions.
