Stunningly, I can find nothing to suggest that’s the case. Even if true, there’s still no reason for him to continue a citizen’s arrest once the people actually empowered to make arrests are on the scene.

Why? Not why is he doing it, but why are the cops allowing it? Unless he’s an out-of-uniform cop, he should no more be allowed to put hands on that kid than he would on anyone else.

Yup. I scrolled down just to see if anyone had said this before I did. Unless he’s an off-duty police officer or similar who just happened to be there, I think that might deserve the most scrutiny of anything in this video.

I think the string of events is supposed to show all of them dead, with Jon Snow probably being brought back in order to drive the point home that Stannis and Mycella don’t have anyone to do that for them. From a storytelling perspective that’s the only thing that makes sense right now.

I don’t think they will. Tyrion and Arya are the story’s golden children; it doesn’t mean bad things won’t happen to them- bad things have happened to both of them- but I think both Martin and the show runners know they’ll lose an awful lot of people if they cross certain lines with those characters.
