I was thinking the same thing. The cop recording him is a) Someone new to the force or b) Someone new to that precinct. Either way, they couldn’t live with the poison Nucera was spewing and (thankfully) took action.

Whoever heard the man saying that to her is responsible for not stepping in to question the scenario. They should have intervened when a child is being dragged away.
