A box of Shreddies (which is inexpensive compared to the cereal that kids are going to want) is $4.99 here. A box of, say, Lucky Charms (which I always see coupons for) is $6.49.

Healthy food isn't expensive though. Breakfast cereal is, what, $6-$8 a box? A huge bag of oatmeal that lasts months costs that much. Add a spoon of honey and you've got a very cheap, nutritious, and delicious breakfast for way less than cereal + milk.
