The best way to get good at shooting is to land at the highly populated areas and get in to as many firefights as possible. You will die very early on often but its worth it. I did nothing but solo drop at school for like 3 months straight to get better at shooting.

While fortnite is a great game, Squad has been doing this 50v50 style MUCH better for longer. This is a fun little gimmick but if you want a true squad based 50v50 game, squad is your best bet.
