As someone who doesn’t have a ton of time for gaming right now, I’m finding the looping mechanic rewarding as I can hop in for a half an hour or so and make progress, then go do real life stuff, then maybe knock out a level or two before bed. So many immersive sims require a large time commitment to be immersive, but…

It’s an extremely great habit that the rest of Hollywood should learn from. The reason you see a lot more folks put their pronouns in bios etc is because none of us should assume anyones’ gender. This helps normalize it for everyone.

The portrait mode thing was definitely a really weird decision, but the lack of urgency was really bizarre. The movie sets up this internal clock but never really uses it to build suspense. At one point I think the characters have like 9 minutes until the nuke hits and they pause for a little reunion on a rooftop…

That’s how I feel. I am pretty vocal about how I’m going to wait for more games, a cheaper price, and a slim version. But it’s more for me than anything else. Because if I walked into Target tomorrow and saw one on the shelf, it would be really hard not to walk out of the store with a new console.
