That’s the thing: For a weird tenth of a second, in the theater, I thought that the reaction I was having was dislike. And then I realized that it was just that I was on the verge of fainting.

Rise was probably one of the most pleasant surprises I’ve ever played. I was never into the original series, but everything about this one was so incredibly well done from the story to the puzzles to the actual gameplay that I was a little sad when it was over. Sounds like this one will be even better.

The trailer went from some guy almost getting his head chopped off to two lesbians kissing. I’m not sure I really like the extreme violence that I saw from the footage. It’s a lot more excessive than the last game and it seems forced.
