That’s probably related to the anniversary of the Pulse shooting.

Id love to be excited about Anthem, but it’s such a blatant Destiny rip that it’s off putting.
Honestly the Warmind expansion is the best thing to come out of Destiny 2 and the core Bungie team didn’t work on it. I’m fine with them going off and fucking up something else and letting the live team and other developers take over Destiny. It’s probably for the best.
You thought “Wow. This movie should have never been made”.
I wouldn’t mind if EA wanted to announce a not hot garbage Star Wars game.
16, but split into two teams of 8. It’s revolutionary.
Wasn’t this in development for like, 5 years or something? I just don’t understand why it feels so rushed.
Maybe I’m just an old fogey at this point, but I think games like God of War and the recent Uncharted games are mesmerizingly beautiful on a regular PS4. I think this comes down to whether you have a TV that will really make it pop. Anything short of a HDR OLED and it’s a waste of money, unless 60fps is that important…
I see you’ve played knifey-spoony before!
The other problem, for me any way, is that though this is in character for him, he hasn’t actually grown at all as a character. He grows quite a bit in Guardians 1, but then basically reverts back to how he used to be in Guardians 2. Guardians 2 sets him up for some growth, but all that gets thrown out for Infinity…
AC Origins. It’s really good and very fun, but also big and sprawling and time consuming. It wasn’t good enough to keep me interested while other stuff I wanted to play kept coming out. So I stopped playing it to play something else and I’ve never returned.
Man that lobster sketch was great.
This is exactly what I did. Picked up a PS4 slim around Christmas and am enjoying the hell out of playing through all the exclusives, but if it’s a multi-platform game I get it on Xbox as that’s where most of my friends are. Switch is in the living room for the family and visitors to enjoy.
I was about to tell you off for being such a nitpicker, but then realized it was in response to your own post. Glad I read it again!
Destiny 1 I’m perfectly fine with the amount of time/money I put into it.
In order to do whatever you want there has to be, like, things you can do.
I too used my one time refund on it. All of my friends are loving it and I think it’s the dullest thing I’ve ever played.
See, there is content!
Unfortunately after a few hours of playing, there’s nothing to do but grief other players. So yeah, it is a grief fest.
There is absolutely nothing fun about it by yourself, but it’s a really good “hang out” game if you’ve got some good friends and a few beers available to you.
