Those “game of the year” editions usually include all the dlc that other players usually have.
Those edition rarely or never include in-game content that can ONLY be aquired through buying that edition. If you know of any game that has ever done that, please let me know.

The problem for hardcore fans is that the ONLY way of getting special shaders and emotes, is to buy the pack that already includes both the game and the dlc that they already own.
