@bowlinster: See, I have absolutely no problem with the process of gutting new games to display, I understand about thieves. But those stickers Gamestop puts on are what I hate as a collector. Not just the price sticker, but the one you guys use to seal the game for people who buy are the worst. Most of the time I can

@Speedstersonic: Lmao, it also states that the dlc for DA:O was part of the full game, which it was not, and that the plaintiff had to purchase it for $15, $10 more than a new copy, to complete his gaming experience. Gamestop didn't even make anything off of the dlc. I just don't understand how people are so stupid.

Did anyone read the lawsuit. One statement says, and I quote "However, consumers who purchase the used game at a full retail store like GameStop, instead of from an online marketplace such as eBay.com, or from an individual, do not get these additional features." It is talking about dlc cards and codes. If they are

@Ebendrath: Oh noes, you better sue Kotaku for wasting a bit of your life for them being deceptive!

@abort_user: But, at least for Dragon Age and ME2, the dlc doesn't add anything to the main story/game. It's extra stuff you don't have to buy. Devs are well within their right to do this. If they made at least a bit of money from mainstream used sales, that would be different, but they get NOTHING from them.

@desterion: I don't understand this statement. How are they exploiting people? I've played all these games, and they are complete experiences in their own. They can stand alone, it's not like the dlc was ripped out storyline to be added later. Dlc is extra stuff, you don't HAVE to buy.

@krushjudgement: Are you kidding? Devs have all rights to do this stuff. If they got money from used game sales, I would absolutely agree with you, but they don't, so they have the right.

@MC Double Def DP: I have actually not played the gba one, but that looks great, the minis ones i have played, and while good, they aren't like the gameboy game, have to look for the gba one though, that looks quite similar to the gameboy one.

@MC Double Def DP: God, I haven't seen that game in forever, that was one of my favorite games on the original gameboy. Wish they would make a new one like it!

@chewblaha: I loved it, and have loved the dlc and expansion as well. It's like a more amazing Neverwinter Nights, which I still play and love!

@Slagathorian: If you don't like them, then why buy or play them?

I hate you Square Enix, I absolutely hate you. As much as I love new stuff, I know what happens to Kingdom Hearts games you add new stuff to. WHY!? I can absolutely bet $1000 that you will re-release it in Japan adding even more new stuff. With extra cutscenes that hint at the next game and possibly even a psp remake

Just looking at that screen shows the biggest pet peeve of mine in Pokemon. The fact you have to make every name all caps in order to fit in. Even your character's name. If it isn't in all caps, you have this one option in the menu that doesn't look like the others. If you only name one Pokemon, it doesn't fit in with

@ke.white: Dude, if you seriously paused the game and controlled every action of every character in XII at every battle the game would have lasted 300 hours. The gambit system was fast but a bullshit battle system to have implemented in the first place. The game ended up playing itself, you just moved from location to

@RealmRPGer: The other replies have stated some of my concerns about this post, but can you really not see the damage that pops up on the screen? Cause I can see it clearly, not problems whatsoever. There may be multiple numbers coming up pretty close to each other, but I can always point out one and go, yay I just

@Pornosaur: I just hit the last chapter and have already clocked 50 hours in FFXIII, count that chapter as at least 5 hours and then post game stuff will be even longer. To platinum this I'm guessing somewhere between 80 to 100 hours total.

@Squirrelbot3000: It depends on where you are located in the world, it started Eastern Standard time Sunday at 7pm and lasted until monday that time zone at 7pm.

@trigger2: Just so you know, they won't look fuzzy on an HD tv or monitor. They will look jagged. The PS3 has antialiasing in the game though so it should look slightly better at those moments on HD tvs.

@Squirrelbot3000: Where you you monday? That fiasco went all day, 24 hours. And they never fixed it, the system fixed itself when it rolled over to the next day in gmt time which was what the internal clock ran on.
