With Onsens, it really depends on the size and graphics of the tatoo. I’ve been to Arima, Kusatsu, Karuizawa, and various less popular ones, and no one was unhappy with the 6"x3" tattoo on my left shoulder.
It’s a huge pain to export stuff out of Hong Kong once the item has been registered for domestic use. I do wonder why no one bothers to chop the cars and sell the parts on ebay to the US, especially tearing down the engine and suspension for parts. As most of these cars have very very low milage.

Check your MAF sensor. Subarus are notorious for dirty MAF sensors and having one will screw up your Air/fuel mixture ratio, thus bad fuel mileage.
