Representation in media and pop culture is important and recognition is a part of that, but we really don’t need another “Trans woman on Jeopardy” headline. “Woman on Jeopardy Sets Record for Women” is enough while recognizing her standing within the LGBT+ community in the article. Placing it in the headline borders

I’m going to presume you live in a fairly flat region. If you travel down any large mountain you will see signs alerting truckers to test their brakes. These brake testing areas are set up prior to a run-off. The thing about the run-offs is that they are loose gravel and sand areas designed to trap an out of control

Yeach, but like you said, once people got their trophies they moved on.

That’s not fair. You left out the joy of waiting for an open bowling lane because for some reason there was a physical capacity in a digital space.

There were Home items you could earn in games like RE6. I think Nintendo could really latch onto this idea by replacing trophies and achievements with Animal Crossing items. It would be the 21st century version of the 80s Atari patches.

There is more to manufacturing cost than the cost of manufacturing.

Atari was undone by the mentality that they were the only game in town and that players didn’t have better options for their products. I would say it’s sad that this iteration of Atari is too close to Atari of old.

Atari cartridges at one time sold for $30 new.  In today’s money that’s about $90.

Small run physical cartridges are going to cost close to that much to make any money. But if you are going to spend that much, I’d go with a quality title like Circus Capers from Audacity Games.

And you can read all about it on my new news site,  Specknose Kotaku.

They were really adamant about not releasing any talent at the beginning of the pandemic.

I hope they reveal details because I really want to know how they got a PS5.

It’s owned by a company called Spencer Gifts which operates full time mall stores specializing in novelty and risque items and those pop up shops account for about half their annual revenue.

That’s embarrassing. I hate when my device auto-corrects “Mario” into “Luigi” as well.

I dunno, there’s a pretty close relation between karma sutra positions and visual functions. (And if I ruined absolute values for at least one person my work here is done.)

...because there are already enough dumb opinion articles already on a slow gaming news day.

NASCAR games go out broken as often as WWE games.  I recall one of the NASCAR games was built by a British team that had never actually been to a race and it showed.

I don’t understand why they didn’t just change the controls on the mini-game, buy making it alternating buttons or such.

Good. If racism and inequality don’t make you feel bad, there is something seriously wrong with you.

The NFL, especially Dan Snyder, is giddy over how the mainstream media is focusing entirely on Gruden and not on the actual important shit those e-mails should have shown.
