Rightfully bashing her for writing a puff piece about race? You’re claiming that people are right to bash someone solely for doing the job they were hired for? Ms. Parrish was hired, I’m sure, in part to bring her own perspective to an audience that doesn’t necessarily see representation in the games media.

Y’all! A Black woman was named the winner of not one but two world records for having the largest collection of LCD and playable gaming systems and my mind is alight with joy.

That reminds me of seeing an original Puck Man cabinet (though not knowing the history, thought it was a knock off machine at the time) and they were right to worry that they would be vandalized.

Republicans are still pushing the fable that $160k is upper class so that their base can label themselves “middle class” while pulling in less than a third of that.  Meanwhile two thirds of income is going to households making at least three times that much.
