Seems like failure to sign a ballot is a very neutral, legal, non-racist reason to reject the ballot.  No one is trying to hide it, because there isn’t anything to hide.

I got an unpopular opinion, the boyfriend should at a minimum have that firearms license revoked and really ought to be facing that same negligence charge as the only cop to be charged is.
