If you use the built-in iOS apps, Outlook tasks come over to the Reminders app.

If you’re using Outlook, you can just drag the email from you inbox to your task list to create a task.

Wunderlist does this just fine. Forward the email to “me@wunderlist.com”, and you get a to-do with the email subject as the task title, and the full text of the email as the task’s note.
