I'm there with you Mike. It was a great experience, but seems to have been overshadowed. It's generally cooperative, so I like it. I never got the expansions since it was "only one mission", but i probably spent more time on extinction than any other part of that game. I should pick it back up for a bit.

Xbox 360 ddefinitely looks different than the others, however the difference in XB1 and PC is so marginal it's hardly worth that being your deciding factor.
