Personally, I pick up anything not white and sell often. Then most of that cash goes to expanding my backpack slots so I can go further and further without needing to sell. Right now I’m about 16 hours in and can usually make it from vending machine to vending machine without hitting my backpack cap. 

On one hand, this convoy crap is ridiculous. On the other hand, as a Southeast Michigander, fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck the Moroun family and I’m happy about every cent that doesn’t hit their pockets.
