@ortcutt: Oh no, I agree that these are good in hospitals. But you know moms will be installing these in their baby's rooms, bathrooms, etc. Kids will be getting exposed to even less than they do now in their Purell-soaked world.

This just contributes to worse asthma, etc. When you don't get exposed to any bacteria, you don't get sick. When you don't get sick, you don't develop any immunities. Then your immune system gets hyperactive and you get allergic to everything.
