Let’s be clear: 25.5% of the American population voted for the person who instituted this executive order (which is to say, without congressional — and thereby the people’s — approval).

It should have read: “Ban of Muslims from Muslim countries where Trump doesn’t have a business deal in.” Except that was too wordy so the first 3 words were what was absorbed.

None of these regulations are “last minute.” They have been working on them for years. It takes a really long time from the start of the process to the finalization. Between the public comment period, judicial reviews, cost analyses, interference from Congress, etc. There are OSHA regulations that were begun way back…
