Ha ha, what?
Ha ha, what?
I don't think it's a cry for help at all.
But they aren't really universally skeptical. They're never suspicious of men who say they've been falsely accused of rape. They have a LOT of posts from men claiming to have been falsely accused of rape. (I'm not going to look for it now, but IIRC, they might even have/have had a whole subreddit devoted to that.)
Here's an interesting project: Search for Reddit posts from people claiming that they or a friend have been falsely accused of rape, and gauge the skepticism vs. the skepticism in this case. I did a quick search, found quite a few stories, and didn't see any skepticism. So if it's there at all, it gets downvoted out…
That doesn't always work. In my case, the more sleep deprived I am, the more difficult it is for me to sleep, so when I've tried anything like that, it's only made it worse.
"Pussies," really?
Yeah, Jezebel is really only some-female friendly. Some of the casual sexism/classism/ageism here would never see the light of day on a real feminist site.
I make meatloaf in muffin tins on the same general principle. Bonus: More little crunchy edges and better distributed glaze.
No, it really isn't.
Want/went is a typo, possibly a spelling error. It doesn't have anything to do with 'grammar,' which cannot be policed.
I know plenty of women who don't mind being patronized and referred to using diminutives. Many even cherish and love their friends and family who do so. The fact that those women have internalized or at least learned to tolerate sexism doesn't make it acceptable.
I know you mean well, but please avoid calling older people adorable or cute or anything like that.
What happens when someone tags someone who doesn't have a Facebook account? Does that still show up? Is it searchable?
Yes, thank you for bringing that up.
And your perception of 'how things are' is the measure they're looking for.
There's at least one pretty thorough explanation here already, but I think you may have illustrated the problem right here: "I don't believe that being around a non shedding object can give you allergy symptoms."
Plastic surgery isn't synonymous with cosmetic surgery. In fact, most plastic surgery isn't strictly cosmetic.
Around that same time, she also did a nude photo spread in Playboy and had any number of other, extremely sexualized photos.
As many have said, it's nothing.
Thank you!
