I made veggie ramen for dinner yesterday to use all up the veggies I had hanging around. I also used the trick to make regular old spaghetti more like ramen noodles by using baking soda in the water. That is lovely looking bread. I haven’t made bread in ages, ever since I’ve discovered a very very good bakery in a nearby town (nice country drive, which we took yesterday—otherwise the bread is available twice a week at a couple of local stores.
