I had one of those. In tomato orange. I drove it as fast as I could, on the assumption that frontal collisions were less deadly than rear ones in that car. (BTW, my 8-series has the gas tank underneath the rear seats as well...)

Decent high-level discussion of NACA ducting here (with a link to the original technical paper if you are at all interested). As beautiful as the Montreal was, however, the NACA ducts were non-functional, if I recall correctly

GM was a big presence in the car show that I went to a few weeks ago, and they seemed to have really stepped up their game. Lots of folks wandering through the area with generally good things to say. I was really impressed with some of the Cadillac offerings - pricing was the only negative that I really heard people

I looked at those pictures and thought they were from three different vehicles. That they are from the same one is... so horrible I want it...

In SC, you can title with a Bill of Sale only - so might be able to make that happen... I don't know about $5K, though... $3K and I'd say NP, I think...

I think the main issue here is the the CEL comes on for everything it could be a loose gascap, it could be something far more serious. The loose gascap is more common. But because there is only one notification, the light is useless - "Great! something is wrong. do I keep driving, or do I pull over now?" Sure, a

The government is *already* involved (which is where OBDII came form). Jason is just asking that involvement to be more intelligent (I know - a difficult task, but the bar is set really low).

Congrats! I still miss my 11C. Brutally stolen in the prime of it's life. My 42S has consoled me for years (those of you with Android phones should check out the Droid48 app...)

...and the same one showing its naughty bits... mmmmmmmmmmm...

....and this one too... One day, my pretty. One day...

Maybe not in the top ten, but this is so beautiful that I must leave this here

I think the infrastructure comment refers to the availability of chargers 'in the wild'. I know that we have several in the city that I live in, but the real issue becomes what happens when a million folks plug thos cars in during the night. The delivery structure of the electric industry is currently not capable

1st gear - so jelly that y'all got all the good stuff - show down here in SC was stripped - no FRS/BRZ, only 6 manufacturers (GM, Toyota, Chrysler, Honda, Subaru, Ford) and Ford and Toyota didn't bring their whole lineups (No Lincoln or Lexus, minimal Scion). Not going next year if they don't step up the show.

He's using as a daily driver, but has only put 300 miles on it, and says "Too many projects and not really the truck for me at the moment. "... Sounds like he bought it, found more wrong than he wants to deal with and is unloading pretty quickly. Red flag for me that there's more wrong than he's admitting. I like

Geez, most people just stuff 1974 Dinos in barns...

Missed that one in the ridiculous workday today- glad it got pointed out - great story, Desu!

November-March? I need to wear gloves for a few days in February... I think your definition of 'most' is a bit out of whack [www.georgeglazer.com]

There's just something satisfying about toggles, though. I guess I'm just tactile

This was much better.
