So much this! We live in a country where we rely far too much on donations from individuals, non-profits and churches. Many many people slip through the cracks because of this. All of the aforementioned have limited and biased sphere’s of influence ($400k going to ONE veteran being case-in-fucking-point). Whereas the

I don’t know the facts here, maybe they stole the money but as someone that works with low/no income often homeless and with addiction/mental health issues the answer to their problem is rarely a handout without strings.

Rich people who will pull it out to show friends during dinner parties.

She’ll do alright in prison.  She’s a Survivor.

Yup.The people involved in what SHOULD BE a criminal conspiracy to cover up how foreign powers were interfering with US elections get a pass, while the woman who brought it to our attention goes to jail.

5 years in prison for leaking classified info about Russians interfering in our elections... guaranteed this woman won’t get a pardon from the crime boss traitor in the oval office.

Wait until you meet her Big Brother.

When I read the article title I was like that’s a weird way to phrase that. They capitalize the first letters in article titles. It wasn’t until they used it in the middle of a sentence and capitalize it I realized that’s her damn name. If her parents gave her that name, someone needs to smack them.

This woman going to jail, Donald Trump still free. Welcome to bizarro world, AKA, the United States of America.

The “I don’t want to throw away all my old lenses” adapter should be a free pack-in with either body.

From a different stand point, the opposite is true and simpler.

Agreed. I believe that, in the past, geek culture gave people who felt they didn’t fit in to regular society a refuge. Now that refuge has been turned into a fortress with cannons and weapons used against people who are deemed to not fit into geek culture.

I’m beginning, unfortunately, to think this is just a humanity thing.

Between work, kids and my gaming and reading habits, I will literally never know the answer to this.

How Much Sleep Is Too Much Sleep?

At least with wildfires it’ll be a good 10 or 20 years before the next fire. Tornado’s and flooding can happen every year in the same spot!

Trick question.  The answer is: ‘None’.  There is no such thing as too much sleep, no matter what these supposed ‘experts’ with their ‘education’ and ‘scientific research’ try to tell you.

Seems like an oversight to write an article about the effects of excess sleep without interviewing a single member of what is, by far, the world’s foremost expert population on the subject matter: prisoners.
