What is truly amazing is how sneaky AirBnB transitioned from this cool app for poor backpacking teens to a multi-billion industry that appeals to real-estate investors!

The BIG PROBLEM here, and no one wants to talk about it, is that AirBnB was born as a way to SHARE YOUR COUCH...yet it has become a hosting INDUSTRY to rival hotels, unregulated and very little taxes paid. THAT is the issue here, no one cared about AirBnB when people were just renting a free room or the couch.…

As a photographer I look at the iPhone8 pics and I see a reddish bump..the 7 has far better colour accuracy on reds.

Honest question. Are there any feasable plans for terra-forming on Mars? It seems to me that’s the ONLY SUSTAINABLE way on the long run. You just can’t ship EVERYTHING a small colony needs from Earth. The economics just don’t add up...even a small colony up there will be so expensive to upkeep that it will bankrupt…
